Hi, I'm Andy Potter, "The Exhibit Guru".

I started this company for two (2) reasons. First, I find it personally rewarding, to show up on a convention center floor, find your booth space, and open the crates/cases visualizing the display and building it. And secondly, to provide a custom service for the Portable/Modular display exhibitors.

My experience in the Trade Show industry started in 1994. I worked for a General Contractor in Indianapolis, IN. Here I had the opportunity to perform many tasks such as, Freight Logistics, Electrical, Carpet, Pipe and Drape, and Installing and Dismantling displays (I&D). I soon realized that I&D was for me. But I also realized that my body didn't like the cold weather like it used to. So I relocated to Texas and went to work for a Portable/Modular Display company.

What a different world the Portable/Modular Exhibits are compared to the bulky and heavy "Custom" (hardpanel) exhibits. These displays are lightweight, yet durable, and can be just as "Custom" or elaborate as the "Big Boys". The main difference, I noticed, between them (portable vs. custom), was the SERVICE LEVEL.

I noticed that when a service tech was working on a custom exhibit, he/she would go the extra mile to ensure that everything was ready for the exhibitor to open up their show. However, the same service tech, placed on a portable booth (feeling degraded to be working on a "pop-up"), would rush in, slap the display up, and rush out. Not even leaving his name and number for the Exhibitor.

In my eyes, the purpose of a display, whether it is a custom, portable or modular display, is the same, to showcase the exhibiting company's product or service. I believe that no matter what type or size of display you have, you deserve the same respect and service.

And so, The Exhibit Guru was born. A "Custom" Installation and Dismantling Service. Specializing with ALL MAKES of portable/modular exhibits.
